There is membership grade from Basic to VIP, as well as point rewards system.

Return/refund:

You can request return/refund within 2 weeks of the order delivery date.

Order Cancellation:

You can request cancellation of an order, which is in the statuses before "Preparing for Shipment".

Points system:

You can get 1% from every purchase that you make (excluding shipping fee). It is being rewarded automatically after the order is delivered, and there is no return/refund request.

About RO and UF filters' difference.

In South Korea, instead of RO filter with three knots (inlet, outlet, drain for waste water), people use UF filter with two knots (inlet, outlet). It is more economical to use, since there is no waste water. With RO filter only 30% of the water is purified, while with UF filter 100% of water is purified.

I want to change payment information after purchasing.

Once the payment has been made, payment method is not available for change.

The only option is to cancel the order and make a new purchase.
